Raspberry Coconut Cream Protein Popsicle
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup of organic frozen raspberries
- 2 tbs. of honey
- 1.5 cups full fat coconut milk yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops vanilla Further Food protein powder
Instructions
- Puree raspberries until smooth (add a touch of water or juice if needed to get things moving).
- Stir together yogurt, honey, protein powder and vanilla. Spoon berries and yogurt into popsicle molds in alternating layers.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Run warm water over mold for a few seconds to loosen, then remove popsicle from the mold and enjoy!
