CLW Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup Further Food collagen protein powder (original or chocolate flavor)
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter with sea salt
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseeds
- ½ cup Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbs. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Stir everything together. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Chill. Cover the mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is chilled.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Serve. Then enjoy immediately! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
These are great as a snack or serve 1-2 with ½ cup of coconut milk ice cream or coconut milk cool whip for a delicious and nutritious vegan dessert!
